“Can the prefilter be cleaned by rinsing with water? I’ve been running my air purifier for about two weeks now. And I notice the prefilter is accumulating some dust.”

• No you cannot rinse it. It is suggested you don't vacuum it either but I have and do or I would be replacing the pre filter in a week

• You can shake it out and get a bunch of dust off of it.

With normal use, this pre-filter, even with some dust on it, will function normally for 3 months of use.
