You will need 3x SP1 (Pet) S filters for dander/dead skin & body odors. SP1 sits directly on top of each of the already inserted R/HEPA filters in a 5300B. SP1 are activated charcoal, treated w/ anti-microbial, hypoallergenic zeolite. This is the same material in AP1 & APP1 pte-filters. APP1 is thicker than AP1. Adding the HPF-SP1 layer increases the amount of odor (and VOC) absorbing carbon before final HEPA filtration. Be aware, the VOC AQ sensor on the 5300B does not detect particulates & will not regulate Auto mode for changing particulate/musk levels. To clear musk/airborne dander, run the 5300B in Turbo mode until you are satisfied, then select the manual mode (Germ, standard, Allergen) that maintains the AQ that Turbo achieved.
