• Hello ! The automatic drain pump tube included with the unit measures 16.4 ft (5 meters). This unit can automatically drain the condensate(vertically or horizontally) with the tube, provided the drain is within 5 meters of reach. • The Honeywell manual says up to 16.4 feet vertically or horizontally . Go to their site for the manual or you can find it on the Amazon listing for this device

• I only pump 24 inches vertically. It seems to work fine. It is the noisiest dehumidifier I ever had.
