You can contact the manufacture, but try cleaning with some "CLR". If you did not used distilled water but water from the tap - it could be clogged with calcium buildup.

If you did purchase the extra warranty, then contact Best Buy, otherwise, look at the directions and there should be a phone number for Honeywell. Good Luck, hope it gets resolved.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.that big red paper that came with the packing will tell you. Try this first. Make sure the well is filled with water, then put the water container ba on the base. It should then start to begin misting the room.
