These include insulation, ceiling height, how many windows and the type of floor the unit is used on. The starting temperature of the room will affect the performance as well. • Manufacturer’s specifications say 250 square feet, but of course you should adjust your expectations for variables like ceiling height, insulation, windows and doors, etcetera.
