Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this has a true Hepa and an additional prefilter as well. I love this machine. Been running it every day for the past 3-4 weeks because of the fires in California. I only got the bluetooth version because the one without it was not available. But it has a been convenient feature. You can set a schedule for it to go on and off and the app serves as a remote as well. Overall this fan has been great so far... There is an automated feature that turns up the speed when the sensor identifies particulates in the air... I have watched it respond to things like bad air coming into an opened door, people farting in a room and the machine in auto mode just kicks up into a higher fan until the air is cleared.. Great Air purifier.
