No, that room size is about the size of our living area in our basement w the exception of the ceiling...nope, ours struggled to get up to 69 degrees. And, that was after we would turn it on about an hour before we would b occupying the room.

We've had a very cold winter in Missouri and no heater in our garage, and it keeps it constant at the temp we set it. Good luck.
