The white wire may need to be put in W1 or W2. If the fan keeps running when the a/c or heat is off, that line is always energized. The W2 line gets energized when the a/c comes on. So try W1 or W2.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't turn the fan off I've never seen an off for a fan ever on any thermostat it's always been auto or on. If the system does not require heat or cooling the fan should not be running. I believe this model has circulate which is new to me and I guess that just keep the fan running without the heat I'm not sure
