• It does come with a C wire power adapter that goes between the furnace and the thermostat. It does not plug-in to the wall. It draws power from the circuitboard in the furnace to power the thermostat.

• Yes, this model does come with power converter. Didn’t see it at first, it’s hidden behind packaging. Got it all installed and very impressed .

• Yes it does but when I try to use it my furnace stayed on all the time so I decided to just change to a five wire hook up. Looks good works great ,
