“The Lights are all on everything is put on right but how do I know its working if it makes no noise? Not even a fan noise. Nothing. I can't even tell if its really working. I've had it 2 days.only made noise the 1st time it was turned on. Now its silent.”

When working properly, air flow and sound are evident. You need a replacement.

There must be a problem - you should be able to hear fan noise.

It should be moving air. Sounds like the fan is not working. When you push turbo it’s very loud.
