“Will this work and be effective in reducing AQI levels as well as other contaminants from the fire? I have asthma and have difficulty breathing with all the smoke from the fires.”

A.) Thank you for taking time to view our product. This air purifier will capture up to 99.97% of airborne microscopic allergens (.3 microns and larger). This includes; dust, pollen, tobacco smoke, cooking smoke, fireplace smoke, pet dander and mold spores. The way that this air purifier works is a fan draws the surrounding air in towards the unit, and the air passed through the filters, which trap most of the particulates in the air. Unfortunately, if any particles lands on the walls or furniture before it reaches the unit, it will not be able to remove these particles. We hope this information is helpful.
