In my experience it's the same. I ordered it thru bestbuy but it was price-matched in Hoover website. It was at first in question because it was on sale in Hoover but the model number was the bh51120 pc while bestbuy just have it as bh51120 only. So we typed just the model number of how it was on bestbuy in Hoover website it showed us the vacuum model with regular price. But after we click on it, it took us to the same vacuum with the model number ending in pc and it was half off. So it was decided it was the same unit, got it for half the price and it arrived just as expected. Love my vacuum. ❤
