“When vacuuming my carpet, I had the brush roll on and took alot of my carpet fibers up with it...had more than a fist full twice...is that suppose to happen...the roll slows way down when that happens...”

Hi Kimmy! Unfortunately there's no way to tell if the vacuum is picking up too much carpet fibers. It's normal for some loose fibers to be picked up. You can try turning the brushes off to see if that helps. Please let us know if you still need us! ~Kenya, Hoover Customer Care
