• I buy the bags online from Hoover.com. These are the paper ones.

• I bought them from a seller on Amazon (who sold the upright and canister bags as a combo) but I believe I also saw them in a local Best Buy store. You have to make sure to get the correct ones, though.

• Hi! You can always purchase type Q HEPA cloth bags for the upright on our website by using part #AH10000 and for the canister type I HEPA cloth bags part #AH10005. These are disposable bags. We do not manufacture permanent clog bags. Hope this helps! -Giselle Hoover Customer Care
