• I'm not sure how much this thing weighs, my 82-year-old mother with a bad back uses it daily . Its very light. And easy to maneuver.

• I'm not real sure but I would guess 5-10 pounds? I am 62 and have a bit of arthritis in my thumbs but I have no problems using this vacuum.
