“What is the difference between this model (power path pro advanced carpet washer), and the Hoover Power Scrub Delux carpet upright cleaner? The prices are very similar. Not clear about which one is considered "better".”

Hi Alycat! Both of these carpet washers are going to do a great job in cleaning your carpers. The main difference between the two is that the Power Path Pro Advanced is considered a deep cleaner since it contains both a brushblock and brushroll. The Power Scrub Deluxe does not have the added brushroll. Hope this helps! -Karissa, Hoover Customer Care

I noticed improvement on the carpet cleaner solution usage, it will mix properly, previous model will run out of cleaner solution with a lot of water still in the tank
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you are overanalyzing this buying decision. Just get one. This'll do. Please understand, I over-analyze stuff too, all the time. But some things are just not worth it. Just pick one and move on, no one is grading you on it. Be satisfied with your choice, and save the perplexity for really tough decisions, like "soup or salad". Good luck. If it's any help, this works fine in our multiple-pet household. None of our cats has offered to clean up their messes, but this takes the sting out of it.
