“If this unit does not heat the water what is meant by "It includes a heated cleaning mode to apply heat to tough stain"? Sounds misleading or am I misunderstanding something?”

• I am now wondering why because ours only gives "hot" water when you put hot water in it. Otherwise you get cold water. No hot air.
