• Yes. The head includes a spray trigger to apply the cleaning solution, a manual brush assembly for scrubbing the stained area and a slot that provides suction to extract the dirty solution and empty it into the removable waste tank.

• Yes it sure does but keep in mind it doesn’t use water only Hoover cleaning solutions but yes if you cleaned the surface with something else it will suck the liquid from the surface.
