Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The reason it is beeping is because the battery is no good. Believe me I listened to that dam beeping for 3 days and tried three units all the same issues, brand new units all had a useless battery installed. I bit the bullet and opened it up, what I found was the battery leaking a powdery substance, and where all swollen. I bought a new battery from Amazon, charged it for about 10 hours and voila it worked. I e-mailed Hoover and told them but they didn't care..... I took pictures of the batteries and sent them to Hoover, and got their "I sorry your having issues......blablabla, try these troubleshooting tips." Guess what I got no reply from them, not a dam thing. E-mailed them again to their customer service division and nothing. Robovac
