• You can not use it on wet floors just hard floors and carpet.

• No. The filter element are paper and the unit is not water tight. If the unit picks up enough water, you are in for a wild ride.

• Hi! The WindTunnel 2 is for dry debris pick up only. The vacuum should not be used on wet surfaces or to pick up liquids. Hope this helps! ~Kenya, Hoover Customer Care
