A:AnswerThe rotors won't spin unless the section containing the the canister is in the down position. Use the foot lever to let the main portion of the vacuum down and then it will spin.

A:AnswerAfter each use the front comes off with a simple button. It opens from the bottom and dump it. If a lot is in you usually have to dig it out. I have house dogs and usually have to dig out the hair. When the whole thing needs cleaning it has a thing that goes from green to red and you clean it out with warm water and that’s it.
