- Answer Make sure the hose is in the seat properly. If it didn't "click" it's not in all the way.

- Answer You have to remove screw before putting handle on. Use a Phillips head to screw it back it.

QuestionI have this hoover windeunnel; rewind vacuum. while using it the other day, I unplugged it from one outlet to another in order to reach another room. when I plugged it back in it would not run at all. what is wrong? is the motor burnt out?

- Answer U may need to empty canister. Suction not as strong when too full of debris.
