“Is there a Hoover with retractable chord and wide bottom front 13 inches or more , and not a swivel head. This does not say if it is. First two parts seems to say yes, but no mention of last. And does it clog easily? That is such an issue.”

• Not a swivel and the only place it seems to clog is on the side intake. Easily cleared though
