QuestionDoes this vacuum work on "soft" carpet - like Mohawk or Karastan brands? I just had what turns out to be a soft carpet installed and I can't push my current vacuum on it.

- Answer Thank you for your question! WindTunnel 3 has a height adjustment feature that will allow you to raise your vacuum up higher on your soft carpet so it can move freely as it cleans. All carpets are different, and your set up may be different than the typical, but WindTunnel 3 is the perfect unit to accommodate any floor type without compromising its performance. QuestionBought this vacuum cleaner in April 2017. Normal use, once a week, small house. Handle has snapped in half. Authorized dealer (was very helpful) said 2-3 weeks to be repaired. Dog says he's ok with that but owner can't make it because FUR. Help? Hoover.

- Answer I defiantly would not recommend for shag carpet. This vac is very powerful and will pick up almost anything. I believe it would destroy your shag.

QuestionMy filter is still green and I have cleaned the hose, the spinner under the vacuum, and emptied the bucket! The vacuum is still not picking up, but rather leaving dust behind on the carpet. I’ve had the vacuum for a year and rarely use it. Frustrating!!!!
