• Hello Jody, The Hoover WindTunnel 3 High Performance Upright is not a self propelled unit. Currently, the only unit we offer as a self propelled is our Hoover Anniversary Self-Propelled WindTunnel Bagged Upright Vacuum (Model#: U6485900PC). Thank you! Matt - Hoover Team
