“My brush stops rolling in the middle of vacuuming”

• If that's happening totally return it or call/write the company. IMHO tithe vaccine is junk. I just got a fusion basic model. Hoover I've had 5 I wasn't even about to try a 6th it's like a bad car.

• It happens to stop when vacuuming a rug or carpet that has hardly or any vent on the under padding. The suction itself its too strong that it sucks up the carpet against the vacuum and this causes the roller to stop without shutting the vacuum completely off. Hope this helps!

• Mine too, I think it's a feature. Brush only only carpeting?

• The rubber drive belt is worn out. Slips because it does not provide enough friction on the brush roller. Easy to replace.
