These don’t do the same as official Nintendo Joycon. They lack amiibo support and can’t be used separated from the console screen. But they do have Turbo mode and have a programmable on the back of each controller.

No, they won’t work for tabletop mode as they only work connected to the console. If you disconnect them they won’t work as they don’t have internal batteries.

No they can not be use in table top mode.  They only work when attached to the switch.  Other then that they function just likee stock controllers.
