can the batteries and charger be replaced ? null

Just FYI, I've been "checking their site" (hover-1) for a replacement charger, and they never have one. I've been back and forth with their customer service through emails and they can't even tell me which model charger to buy that is compatible w/this hoverboard. None of the ones on the site specifically say ASTRO. I wouldn't buy this product. We got it for my son for his birthday-April 2021. He used it for a few months, then in our travels we lost the charger. Haven't been able to buy one since. Don't waste your money!!
