Q: QuestionMy child opened his board today, Christmas morning. It is used, pieces broke off, wires sticking out and cut, dirt wheels, lego stickers stuck to wheels, scraped, scratched, and a blanket packing was in the box. It is totaled, I paid for a new one.

- A:Answer After going back and forth with Hover-1 representatives via email, the conclusion is 1-they cannot tell you which model charger to buy that is compatible with this specific hoverboard. And 2-if you want to roll the dice and buy what you think will work, good luck. They have been "sold out" for the last year...
