Same issue twice!! If you are within the 90 day warranty you can exchange. They said nothing they can do about the 2nd one I got and it’s only 4-5 months old. Horrible company. Offered no technical help at all, but a 15% discount on a refurbished one. No thank you!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not impressed with these models. Our son has been through 3 now. It’s not because of anything he did, but the screen quits working. So no screen, no power obviously. I actually just took his 3rd one back over the weekend that he only had for about 3 weeks. Each Gambit he has had, the screen quits working. My apologies but I don’t have a answer for you. Good luck.
