- Answer Same issue twice!! If you are within the 90 day warranty you can exchange. They said nothing they can do about the 2nd one I got and it’s only 4-5 months old. Horrible company. Offered no technical help at all, but a 15% discount on a refurbished one. No thank you!

- Answer At this moment extra battery’s are not a option. We don’t recommend use if higher voltage battery’s because the other Electrical components might not support it. It could be dangerous
