Can it be left on charger even when fully charged ? null

You should only charge it for the time it states.... Though it may be fine essentially you are going to wear down you hoverboard & also, potentially be a hazard. You don't want it to catch fire.

I do not know if it is recommended, but I left it and nothing has happened..

The manual states do not leave it plugged up for more than 4 hours. In addition, even though you are not use the Hoverboard, the manual suggests to keep it charged regularly. This unit has worked well for us.
