QuestionHas this model had any problems with fires or are their fire risks to be aware of?

- Answer No. Newer hoverboards have sealed battery compartments so water and vibration do not pose fire risks as happened in early models (especially cheaper ones). This model is built extremely well and is very heavy duty, I have no concern about fire danger.

- Answer Yes. You can connect via bluetooth to play music and it has an app to control the lights (which can pulse with the music or do many other things). The app also controls deeper functions like rider mode and monitors speed, battery use, etc. Very high quality build with top of the line features.

QuestionI have the hoverboard above But, when I turned it on after it charged it had a full red battery icon And when I went to ride it it was like it was turned off but the lights where on and I could connect to Bluetooth what should I do?

- Answer No you can not turn it off. It is a tilt wsrning, if it is over 15° forward or backwards it will beep to warn the user of the "unsafe" condition.
