Q: QuestionIs there a way to order a new motherboard for this model? It got wet and it won’t work. I tried Hover 1 directly and they said to ask where I purchased. I asked a Best Buy store and they said they don’t repair. Is that correct?

• A:Answer According to instructions I read, all precautions have been met and it is safe, although they say not to leave it charging overnight. But that’s common sense. It said 4-5 hours charge time but it only took about an hour. Daughter has been riding it since Christmas and hasn’t charged it yet.
