• I bought one for my daughter. It stopped working after 8-10 times. Good luck trying to get any assistance from customer service. They don't care and are unresponsive!!

• I agree 100%. I used my Hover for less than a year. Battery totally dead. I can't get any assistance from Hover Customer Service. They don't care, they got their money.

• battery dies after 8 month I can't even find where the battery is located on the machine user manual is useless
