Customers often highlight the portability, affordability, and user-friendly nature of the RALLY Foldable Electric Scooter. Many appreciate its compact size and ease of use, making it convenient for both adults and children. However, concerns are raised regarding its battery life, durability, limited range, warranty coverage, and mileage discrepancy from advertised claims.

Huge improvement over Hover-1’s early scooters. It's not quite as stable as the Journey, but it is quite a bit less expensive. Key improved features over the early scooters: it’s faster (about the same as the Journey), it has an electric and mechanical brake. It has a nice display, which is easy to use, and the head light is bright! It only goes about 7mi (half the distance of the Journey), but it is rated to handle more weight (264 lbs). The integrated display gives lots of information. It can go up hills, but it isn't super quick on hills, as expected. It is really fun zipping around the neighborhood. It’s easy to assemble, you don't need directions — it includes a hex wrench, which is nice. It has 3 speeds, which is great for the beginner. The fit and finish is respectable, especially considering the cost. No, it’s not a Bird (Segway), etc., scooter, but it’s WAY less expensive and an all-around Great scooter! Totally worth the price.

This is a great easy scooter to zip around on for errands and around the neighborhood. My daughter is going to college in the fall and wanted a scooter to take along to ride on - either on campus or off campus to hang out. We looked for a scooter to get her around easily and one that she could carry with her up stairs into her dorm no problem. This is a light-weight and fun scooter. There are three speed settings which maximize and maintain your speed ranges; 3mph, 9mph and 15mph. The LED display shows your speed and you can switch between speeds easily. Holds a charge well. Charges fast! LED Light on the front fo be seen at night for safety. We love it. Zip Zip Zip! We recommend this scooter!

I weight 190. Use was only on residential streets, no grass, no off-road. Got the first one, worked great, for four days until the hub motor ceased up and applying the throttle stutter stopped you to a halt. Brought back, customer care awesome as always @BestBuy, quick exchange, and took the new one home to charge before use. Noticed right away a couple subtle differences with this one vs first one. Plugged in, light showed fully charged, only it wasn’t...no matter what I did, what outlet, Address, position, height, longitude, latitude, this thing won’t take any charge. Brought it back next day. Won’t trust the brand, but if you have to, buy the warranty and in BestBuy you’ll trust. I’ll be purchasing a Ninebot MAX Scooter that has 7x the range, 2x the speed, and infinity(x) the quality for about twice the price as well as a collapsable fat tire eBike I think. The Jetson scooter looks cool, just a massive step up in quality to the Ninebot stuff for like $50-100. Best Buy is great but the last eBike I ordered took 11 days, and Amazon gets it to me in 1-2 days. Amazon warranties aren’t worth a poopy flavored lollipop tho so I’ll probably be waiting.

I got one for myself and my girlfriend after reading the reviews. We took it for a ride in Hoboken and other cities battery life last a worth while for the amount of time that we use it. Very smooth ride going up to max speed 15mph. The only thing is that it doesn’t hold speed all the way going up hills. But overall this is very affordable and fun scooter for any age.

It has 3 speeds, which makes it very easy to learn to ride. It has a nice display, but it could be brighter. It's pretty fast, and the electric break is great! It can be ridden by adults (up to 264 lbs) and kids (I would suggest 12 or above, with a helmet). All-in-all, great scooter. I'm going to BestBuy to get another one soon, so both of my boys can ride together.

The scooter was easy to set up, and easy to use. Rides very smooth and goes about 12mph. Takes a little bit of practice to get your balance and the brake is a little touchy, but once you’re used to it, it’s super fun!

Purchased this for my 11 yr old son as an alternative to his bike and it's a big hit. Quick and easy set up straight out of the box. After a full charge, we have had many hours of scooting around the neighborhood, to the park and back. A tad snug for a full size adult, but has the power to move us easily. Also has a little clicking at the joint when we go over bumps or cracks, but very stable. The kick-stand works great to keep the garage clean while stored or being charged. Folds up quick and easy for transport or storage. Looking forward to taking it with us on some trips.

I purchased this scooter for my 10 year old son who wanted a bigger scooter then some of the other models in the market. This scooter is perfect for him with a lot of room to grow into. The scooter has a fast charge and I love that it is light weight. It's easy to throw in the trunk of the car and take on a vacation. Lightweight, great speed and durable!

I purchased this scooter about 3.9 weeks ago. I was sceptical about it at first. I am an individual who always depends on reviews. Nevertheless, I have not been yet disappointed by it so far. It’s been really amazing and fun Scooter to ride. My longest distance is approximately 3 miles and the charge last much longer. Note: These Scooter are not hill friendly, so please be mindful about that, or it will drain your charge very quickly.

Easy to get started, stable, super fun! Fast and lasting charge. Always feels responsive and I’m in control. Sturdy-I’m not a tiny person and it feels substantial under me! Got it to move more efficiently between my companies two buildings located about 2 blocks apart. There is a slight hill between buildings and it has enough power getting up and I like two breaking options on the way down! Has been a brilliant investment!! Fun too! I took it to the cabin for the Fourth of July and the kids had a blast. My adult niece has something similar and we’ve got plans to ride the city paths around the lakes!!

The scooter was very easy to assemble and already came fully charged right out of the package. All I had to do was screw in the handle bars and then start riding! This scooter is reasonably priced and easy to transport. This is the perfect way to get around during the summer.

We bought this scooter for our 9 year old son and after only about 3 months of normal usage (not overuse or mistreated), it was completely destroyed. It rattled horribly and the rubber on the wheel is completely worn off. Since I didn’t buy the extended warranty from Best Buy, they were not able to help me at all on a replacement. The manufacturer was not any help either. Definitely more of a $50 scooter, not $200. I’ll not buy from Best Buy again.

Good to go from 6 up to adult. Fairly quick charge, easy to use, easy to assemble, good control system. My kids went from low quality Razor electric scooters to this with no hesitation. 30 mins practice on speed 1 (lowest) and they were off and riding on 3. (highest). They are pretty fast as in ours go 2 mph over advertisement if the speedometer is correct and the brakes are better than bike style hand brakes. They are very smooth and stop quickly. Thumb controls are much easier for little hands to use which makes for safer riding. The headlight is very bright and more than adequate for night riding. Hard rubber wheels mean no flat tires. Buy the warranty for peace of mind and have fun.

    Great little scooter

Let me start by saying it’s a fun toy to ride. The battery life is great, it lasts for a long time (days). The speed is plenty fast for me, I’ve gotten it to go as fast as 15 mph, but I weigh 120lbs so that may vary on your weight. I don’t go that fast though I usually just scoot around 9-10 mph since the roads and side walks are pretty bumpy and it feels safer. Some of the things I was not happy with on this scooter was: after ridding it a couple of weeks I already have a chipped tire/wheel, the hand grips are loose, the back wheel has a loud squeaking noise when I ride it (this was after day two), the handle bar is loose so it feels unstable and the breaks are really touchy so it jerks you around if you press them too quickly or hard. If you’re handy and know about these kind of things you can fix the loose handle bar, the hand grips by tightening them and the noisy wheel (lubing the bearings). But not sure about the breaks if they can be fixed or the chipped tire/wheel, I hope they sell replacement wheels so when the time comes I can just replace it rather than the entire scooter. Overall it’s a great little scooter to whip around town and ride along with the family as they ride their bikes or skateboards. I’d recommend it for the price and its simple capability of getting you from point a to point b. Be safe, always use a helmet and have fun!

We purchased this scooter for my son to ride around with my wife and I on the bike path. The scooter is actually of good quality and there’s very minimal assembly required which is a plus. The bike has a nice digital readout that tells the speed and has a battery meter. It also has three different speed settings. However the battery life can be a little short. My son gets a good 7 miles on a full charge while using it on the 9 mile per hour setting. Over all it was a good purchase just wish it had better battery life.

fun, pretty lightweight and fast. the charge time waned and over a couple years it would only go a few miles instead of 7. i did have issues with it breaking due to hitting cracks and the steering or wheels stop working. overall, it was worth it for a couple of years of riding as an adult and replacing due to the low cost.

Best Buy sold me an open box as a new item

This is not a review of the product as I just bought it but just beware that Best Buy sells open boxes as new items (this is not the first time). They also charged me with the full price! I attached some pictures that show the actual condition of some parts that I did not touch or open. I called them... and I was able to get 10% off as I did not want to go through the hassle of sending/returning the item and waiting for a replacement which could be worst than this one (it happened to me before with another item). These practices are inacceptable!!! and this will be my LAST time buying something from Best Buy.

I've put almost 70 miles on the scooter driving around on my daily commute. It folds up neatly, goes plenty fast, and has never given me a problem. If I could change anything it would be to weld something on to attach a bike chain so it can be secured to a bike rack. And make the headlight a little less bright because it uses up the battery quick. Haven't regretted the purchase once. Great product.
