A:AnswerIdk. But what I can tell you is, it’s not worth your money. Lol definitely get the next version up. This battery dies so fast man. It should be called “Test Drive” instead of “Rally”.
A:AnswerMy brother in law uses it every day to go to the bus which is 2 miles away. This is the second purchase. First purchase lasted 1 year before the wheels started jerking. For the price, I think it’s worth it.
A:AnswerTotally for adults! I use it between my companies buildings located a couple blocks apart. Didn’t want to give up good parking, was usually running tight on time and hated arriving for meetings out of breath and pitted out! This has been perfect solution and prof enough too!!
A:AnswerUnfortunately that's the one thing that it doesn't have is a lock and key the only way to really secure it is to be able to run a bike chain probably one of those Kryptonite locks for a bike through the front and back wheel other than that is no other way to really secure it.
A:AnswerThe handlebars are not adjustable. I measured mine this morning and the distance from the part where you stand (platform) to the handle bars is 36 inches. I have a 7 and 9 year old grandson and the height is ok for them. If you are worried about your son being too big, you might consider buying the Hover-1 Alpha model. It is 41 inches from the platform to the handlebars, It is faster and more powerful than the Rally. My seven year old grandson loves it even though the handlebars are about as tall as he is. I consider the Rally to be more of a younger kids scooter and the Alpha more of a teenager/adult scooter.
A:AnswerThat means your battery is charged and it won’t turn on if it’s plugged in . If it’s green turn it on then use it but try to only charge it for 3 hours Max if not you will kill the battery quick.
A:AnswerI bought one for my daughter. It stopped working after 8-10 times. Good luck trying to get any assistance from customer service. They don't care and are unresponsive!!
