If she has an iphone, she can already do essentially anything a chromebook can do. Ask her what she wants to do on a laptop that she can't do on her phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does not have a lot of storage. But you can get a huge external drive and plug it into one of the usb ports to extend the storage. (Chances are that you could also plug an external drive onto one of the USB ports on you wireless router if it has one, and everyone in the house can use THAT to back up their phone and store pictures. But I am not familiar with apple products to know if that's feasible. )
