But you are missing the point of a Chromebook: the OS is lightweight & runs online apps (no downloading large pieces of software), your data stays online, and in case you do feel like storing a whole bunch information on it (you shouldn't), you can use the microSD card slot for expansion should you run out. The usage of this type of solid state drive also enables extremely fast speeds while maintaining a very thin profile.
