• No. You will want something with a higher screen redolution. I use my MacBook Pro for editing all of my pictures.

• Hi. I edit a lot of pictures and am always making fliers for my band. I used to use the PicMonkey website on my MacBook for this stuff. Turns out you can use it on a Chromebook too! Unfortunately it costs like $40 a year for a subscription but you can do a whole lot with it, including printing and all sorts of other projects. It's worth it. There's also a plug-in available in the chrome web store.
