don't know about the kindergarten games - they would have to be Chrome compatible (versus Windows or Mac); There are more android apps available for it now with the Google Play store apps. Any bluetooth-connected mouse should work. Probably even a USB-connected one too. We just use the integrated track pad near the keyboard, so no direct experience.
