• You can stream videos well. You can record and save videos on a Chromebook with the built-in Camera app. Your best choices are probably the Android versions of Kinemaster or Power Director. There are also apps like WeVideo that has a monthly fee ($4.99), there are video editing browser extensions, apps like Adobe Spark also are available.

• I would strongly recommend WeVideo over those apps as this machine is probably not nearly powerful enough for the apps. WeVideo is cloud based so you should be good if you have good internet connection.
