Q: QuestionWhy is this lap top so slow and what can I do to make it faster? Its almost intolerable. It wont even import the pics from my memory card. It just freezes. Its brand new. I haven't even put anything on it. I'm seriously considering returning it.

I f you purchased tech support , Then I would speak with them to see what they suggest . From the price of the computer and conversation I had , it was what I expected . • A:Answer Unfortunately, the HP models do not have the traditional docking stations that the laptop clicks into available. That being said, there are a variety of docking stations that are USB powered and would work great for this laptop, choose one based on the items you want to connect using the docking station.
