• As on any device, quality streaming depends on your internet speed. I have not encountered any buffering on my device. I have Spectrum 75mbs internet.

• It works pretty good i stream u tube Netflix and it works great if it's on safe mode it may not let you play them once your out of safe mode it should be fine
