QuestionSo I've been trying to find out this, but I see conflicting responses in other answers. I was thinking of picking up this laptop with the intent of increasing ram later on. But some responses say this isn't possible while others do. So am I able to do so?

- Answer I just checked the model with several reputable companies that provide RAM, and it is upgradeable, up to 32 gigabytes.

QuestionWill this work on European 220V current?

- Answer It doesn't have a "dual voltage" power supply, so you'd need a "step down" transformer to lower the voltage to 110. You'll also need an adapter to fit the electrical outlet of the countries you're visiting. There are a couple of different standards, so a "European" adapter won't work in every country.

QuestionI'm trying to print email receipts and screen shot emails and they print huge even after zooming them small and saving them. I was using Microsoft office until subscription for free use ran out and I can remember what I did the actual manual any help

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP laptop cannot handle After Effects. We recommend looking at the HP Pavilion Gaming, HP Victus, or HP Omen laptops, which will have dedicated graphics cards.

QuestionCan I use a docking station and connect to 2 external HDMI monitors as extended (I dont want to use the laptop monitor while I use that way). Please note I do not want to use the monitors as mirror, instead I need them as extended ones.

- Answer Thanks for asking. No, you only have HDMI for connection to a monitor. The USB-C ports do not have video out signal.

- Answer Hi Jacob! Thanks for your question. You can only do light gaming on this PC. This is not a gaming laptop. Games like Minecraft and Fortnight have high system requirements and require a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit(GPU) I recommend a gaming laptop with a GPU for serious gaming. To answer your question, you would see some improvement, but the processor and GPU are the main limiting factors.

According to their website, Wacom stopped supporting 32-bit Windows (including this laptop) for tablets they manufactured after August 2020. I recommend contacting the manufacturer to research the exact requirements you need to match.

- Answer Hi Bruce, thank you for the question. The integrated graphics card does not meet the minimum system requirements for either of the games you've mentioned. How robustly the game plays is subjective, apologies. For better gaming and speedy response, you might want to consider an Intel i3 at the least. AMD Ryzen 5 is a favorite processor among gamers. HP products are meant to last, under normal use. You should be able to get years of use out of this laptop.

- Answer Hello and thanks for your questions. You do some light gaming with this laptop. You can easily play Roblox. On lower settings, you can probably play Minecraft, but you really need 8G of RAM for that. This is not a gaming pc. While you can play some games on any computer, modern games like Minecraft, Fortnite, and most other popular titles require a lot of power. For this reason, I would recommend a model with a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) for PC gaming.
