A:Answer Once again the HP Team comes back with a partial answer. If the user cannot access the memory, they should indicate whether a professional technician can upgrade the memory. In the post-COVID chip shortage world, pickings for new laptops are slim. If I have to buy a laptop with only 8GB memory, it would be nice to know if I can upgrade it post-sale. I did not think that was too much to ask.
It seems like on all of these computers, the memory questions are answered differently by different members of the HP Team.
