Q: QuestionHow difficult would the process of upgrading the GPU in this computer be? I am not looking to play large scale modern games that have high requirements, however, I am still worried that the 600 won’t properly run smaller scale games.

• A:Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. The GPU on this laptop cannot be upgraded. We recommend looking at the HP Pavilion Gaming or Omen laptops which would have the discrete/dedicated graphics card and the processing power required to play modern games.

Q: QuestionMy sole purpose in buying this is to be on Zoom with about 30+ other people 2 times a week. It MUST have enough “whatever” it needs NOT to lag or freeze up when all 40 other Zoomers are in “gallery view”. Is this good for that??

• A:Answer It would possibly be enough, but realistically you should probably be looking at a laptop with an i3 or i5 processor and 8 gigabytes of RAM. That would give you a little more "headroom"

• A:Answer Honestly, I don't think it's a good choice for animation-particularly if you're going to render out the animation when you're done. Animating and rendering can place heavy demands on the processor and video system and this is a relatively low-powered system. The computer comes with Windows 10 running in "S Mode", a year's subscription to Microsoft 365, which includes programs like Word and Excel. It also comes with things like a photo and video viewer and several games.
