“I have an old lap top which at this point is where I store pictures. It's super slow and I hardly use. What is the maximum storage for pictures? Would this be a good place to save years of pictures? Or what do you recommend??”

Thank you for your questions! This model has only 64GB of storage. I recommend at least 128GB of storage for a lot of photos, or at least 256GB for photos and videos. If you want a fast computer, I recommend a newer processor (i5, i7, Ryzen 5, Ryzen 7) and at least 8GB of memory. However, you also have the option of purchasing this computer along with an external SSD (solid state drive) for safe, portable storage that would be connected to the laptop via USB cable whenever you need to access it.

Why chance losing all your pictures? Clearly, the computer has seen better days. Make good and pay it forward and maybe donate it and get yourself a brand new laptop. They're not that much money and they still come with a decent amount of storage and I would recommend an HP.
