Q: QuestionIs the battery replaceable? After 2 1/2 years of light use, it only works when plugged in, battery indicator shows empty. Software troubleshooting hasn't helped.

Q: QuestionI'm SOOO disappointed in the product. Ever since it's tried to perform an update it's basically useless. Not enough storage to complete, even though I tried again with an external drive. Should I reset to original factory settings and start over?

• A:Answer There is an app in the Microsoft store that you can get that is used to switch out of S-Mode, but if you do this you cannot go back to S-Mode so make sure it is what you want to do. • A:Answer Yes, while you cannot remove the 64gb built in storage (eMMC) that the unit comes with, there is an M.2 slot to add an SSD for upgraded storage

• A:Answer You can upgrade the RAM but there are limitations on how much the motherboard supports (I believe 8gb) and there is only 1 slot for RAM on the motherboard
