A:AnswerHi Noah, thank you for the question. No. You'll need at least an i3 processor and a better graphics card, like Intel Graphics 4000, Radeon 7000, or NVidia GeForce 400.
A:AnswerThanks for asking. No, this model does not have video out on the USB-C port. You can connect one external monitor using the HDMI port with this laptop.
A:AnswerThank you for the question. Each color has its own SKU. See other laptops here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?st=HP+laptop+celeron&_dyncharset=UTF-8&_dynSessConf=&id=pcat17071&type=page&sc=Global&cp=1&nrp=&sp=&qp=&list=n&af=true&iht=y&usc=All+Categories&ks=960&keys=keys
A:AnswerThis laptop does come with a 12-month subscription to Microsoft 365. The 15-month offer is a promo by Best Buy on qualifying purchases and not specific to just this laptop.
A:AnswerThank you for the question. The HP product specifications do not put a cap on SD card storage used by the card reader. You'll be limited only be the price you wish to pay or the max offered for the type of card you're using.
A:AnswerThanks for your question and for pointing out this issue! I see that under the Interactive Tour and Documents it claims that the product comes with a 1-year subscription, which is incorrect. The HP 14-dq0002dx laptop specs show that it has a 1 month trial of MS 365 personal. The subscription can be upgraded to 1 year at a time for $70 per year. Anything that you create and store on your device from MS 365 apps, remains after the subscription is over. I have notified HP and Best Buy to correct the information. I am sorry for the issue.
A:AnswerThanks for your question! Yes, the laptop is upgradeable. You should contact the Geek Squad about a memory upgrade. The laptop has 2 slots for memory and currently has 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB). You would fill the empty slot with a module with the same specs and have 8GB. The maximum ram you can upgrade to is 16GB.
